Offered as a comprehensive range of UCC-switchers, AV matrices and AV-over-IP extension solutions, Lightware corporate AV technologies are powered by advanced automation, enabling organisations to build advanced corporate environments.
Recent Lightware research illustrates the growing importance of corporate AV solutions, revealing that 84% of respondents work in office environments, while nearly three-quarters (74%) have both online and offline meetings. In addition, 86% of respondents have meetings where they have to either present, speak or lead, with 82% needing to set up/prepare a meeting room beforehand. In addition, the research also indicated that, on average, 27% of offline meetings are attended by up to four people, 53% by 5-9 people and 20% by 10 people or more.

“Our own research has shown that three-quarters of office-based workers participate in both online and offline meetings, with over 80% needing to prepare meeting rooms in advance,” commented Gergely Vida, CEO of Lightware Visual Engineering. “The problem many of these people encounter is that poor connectivity or an inability to use BYOM devices can seriously limit meeting effectiveness, with a knock-on effect on decision-making. Our corporate AV solutions are specifically designed to overcome these challenges and provide everyone with the collaborative environments they need.”
